A strong report gives the editorial desk something specific to investigate. Choose the closest category, include the exact page URL, and describe the passage or behavior that needs review.

Accuracy or freshness

A factual error, outdated claim, wrong date, number, name, definition, or misleading summary.

Sources or attribution

A citation does not support the text, a quotation is inaccurate, or credit is missing.

Rights, privacy, or safety

Copyright, personal information, impersonation, dangerous instructions, or another serious concern.

Technical problem

A broken link, missing image, unreadable layout, form problem, redirect, or mobile display issue.

Submit a report

Please do not include passwords, payment details, medical records, or other sensitive personal information.

Review principles

Reports are evidence, not automatic verdicts. The desk will assess the page, the surrounding context, and the strongest available source. Confirmed issues are handled under the Corrections Policy. Repeated messages do not accelerate review, and abusive or deceptive submissions may be closed.
